Inspired by her passion for marketing, sales and entrepreneurship, Victoria founded her first company, Access Travel, Ltd., while in her early twenties. In an effort to streamline Access Travel's business processes Victoria helped to develop a custom software for the company and she fell in love with the process of developing simple, attractive and cost effective software applications. Prior to co-founding IncFuel Corp. Victoria managed Access Travel for five years, growing the company to a global operation with tours in 21 countries. She also spent two years as a financial analyst with investment bank Morgan Stanley. Victoria graduated summa cum laude from Macalester College and is currently a second year MBA student at Harvard Business School. Last summer she was selected from a pool of more than 200 applicants to join Highland Capital Partner's prestigious entrepreneurship program. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, Victoria has been featured in several publications including The New York Times and Entrepreneur Magazine. In her spare time she is an avid snowboarder, surfer, mountain biker and traveler.
